Debbie, no-one knows yet how long Gardasil will last or whether you'll need a booster shot. Because targeting only a few strains could also encourage a replacement disease, Merck might also need to re-formulate the shot periodically. The scary thing is that the first users won't know if and when they're vulnerable again, which makes me wonder what the point is. Midrin was wonderful, but I grew out of it. According to my doctor, it really only works for kids and teens. It didn't always help with the full blown migraine, but it did wonders if taken at onset. I did experience a lot of nausea, but as long as I took the medication with food (hard to do with a migraine), it wasn't so bad.
